Liminal provides leadership development programmes for those in leadership roles or those moving to leadership roles. Each programme is designed to meet the needs of the organisation. Your leadership programme with Liminal will have a discovery process, a co-design process, training delivery and the monitoring and evaluation of outcomes. Liminal specialises in multi-day leadership programmes which instil self-confidence, self-belief and a strategic mindset which is adaptable to change. Topics covered in previous programmes include personal effectiveness, growth mindset, performance management, leadership communication & presence, conflict management, leading change, critical thinking skills and enterprise awareness.
Coaching enables leadership. In conjunction with leadership development, or as a standalone programme, Liminal’s leadership coaching programmes will fast-track the development of your leaders. The world of work has changed and will continue to evolve at an increasing pace. The leaders of the future need to be adaptable, emotionally intelligent, collaborative and agile. Liminal’s coaching programmes focus on the essential leadership habits that permit sustained and sustainable performance.
Teams, like organisations, take on a life of their own. Each team's circumstances, and each team’s dynamics, are different. Liminal’s impartial and skilled facilitation style enables teams to navigate and overcome challenges and to work together effectively and efficiently. Based on deep listening techniques and careful questioning, Liminal’s group facilitation will help your team to honestly face issues or concerns and to transform their ways of working.
Brendan worked for several years with the American Chamber of Commerce on the subject of change management. This was as part of the Chamber's "Women in Global Organisations Programme". Brendan led the group on a workshop discussing the transtheoretical model of behaviour change, or the "Stages of Change" model. The group were encouraged to consider where they were personally in terms of the change they wished to see. Strategies for encouraging change at the different stages were also discussed in a format that mixed content delivery and group facilitation.
If you are interested in a programme that would help you or your team to create positive change, including instilling leadership habits, don't hesitate to reach out.
